Tony Wright is an award winning and highly experienced producer in documentary, drama and children’s television production. He has worked with the commercial networks, the ABC and SBS in Australia, as well as the BBC and Nickelodeon in the UK and other European broadcasters. Tony brings extensive experience in factual, drama and children’s financing and production.
His credits include the acclaimed docudrama “Captain Cook: Obsession and Discovery”, the multi award-winning science documentary “Catching Cancer” and the family-friendly 13-part documentary series “Chris Humfrey’s Wild Life”.
Executive Producer/Giant Screen Producer
Stephen Amezdroz joined December Films in 2003, after working for over 10 years with Beyond International. His background in high-end documentary series and adult drama made him a perfect addition to the December team. His long experience and understanding of the international marketplace makes him key to the project-financing role within the company. Recently, Stephen has led December’s move into the production and international market place for 3D Giant Screen films.
Head of Production and Drama
George began his film and television career with the BBC in the mid 80s and over the next 15 years established himself as one of the top drama executives in the UK. During his time in London he was a Drama Production Executive for the BBC, Executive in Charge of Drama Production for Carlton Television, VP/Head of Business Affairs/Production for Columbia TriStar/Sony joint venture, Golden Square Pictures and Head of Drama Production at Granada UK.
His Australian credits include developing the commissioned drama, “Bed of Roses” and executive producer of “Wolf Creek”, the most successful “R” rated Australian movie of all time. George has also acted as a production risk manager for FACB/Cinefinanace and helped set up the Australian based production risk management company, Media Risk Management.

Bryce is currently practicing as an Entertainment, Media, Arts, Copyright and Defamation lawyer. It is this background that adds another strand of invaluable expertise to the team. Bryce has been involved with some of Australia’s best-known and successful feature films and TV as Executive Producer, Producer, Associate Producer and Legal Advisor.
Head of Factual
Jeanie began her TV career in the UK in 1994 making factual entertainment, documentaries and formatted programmes for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Five and Sky. Ten years later, she emigrated to New Zealand and spent five years developing and producing factual series for TVNZ and TV3. In Australia, Jeanie has developed the series Tony Robinson Explores Australia for History Channel Australia/UK and was Story Consultant and Scriptwriter on feature documentary The Triangle Wars.
Past producer credits include the BBC’s primetime entertainment series Test the Nation, This Is Your Life and How Do They Do That?, as well as documentaries for Channel 4′s Cutting Edge and Equinox strands.
Ariel has worked in the media industries for over 17 years. She has a thorough understanding of animation, live action and digital production processes and requirements due to extensive experience working in areas such as Producer, Production Manager and Production Co-ordinater.
